About the Firm

A veteran-led firm built for the decisions that determine outcomes.

West & Mae Holdings LLC brings procurement, supply chain, and operational discipline to organizations that need senior capability without adding a senior headcount.

Who We Are

Structure, accountability, and command of the detail.

West & Mae Holdings LLC is a procurement, supply chain, and operations consulting firm headquartered in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and serving clients nationwide. We were founded on a simple observation: most organizations do not need more advice about procurement — they need someone qualified to own it.

Our practice is veteran-led, and it shows in how we operate. Scope is defined before work begins. Commitments are documented. Findings are stated plainly, including the inconvenient ones. Every engagement produces artifacts your team can use after we leave: a sourcing file, a purchase order log, a supplier scorecard, an approval matrix that reflects actual risk.

We work across procurement leadership, outsourced purchase order management, strategic sourcing, construction buyout and project coordination, government contracting support, and logistics consulting. The common thread is accountability for the operational result, not the recommendation.

Leadership

Whitney R. Harris

Whitney R. Harris founded West & Mae Holdings LLC to give growing organizations access to the caliber of procurement leadership usually reserved for the enterprise. Her background spans procurement, logistics, supply chain operations, government contracting, and enterprise sourcing — the full path from requirement to delivery.

She has built and managed purchasing operations where documentation, competition, and vendor accountability are not optional, and where a missed delivery date carries real operational consequence. That experience shapes the firm’s operating standard: define the requirement precisely, source it competitively, document the decision, and manage the supplier through delivery.

She leads every engagement personally, from the first discovery call through the 30-day pilot and into ongoing partnership.

Procurement is not a back-office function. It is where cost, schedule, and operational risk are decided — usually before anyone notices.

Mission & Values

Our mission

To give every client the procurement structure, supplier leverage, and operational visibility of an organization three times its size — and to leave that capability in place, documented and repeatable.

Discipline

Veteran-led operations mean decisions are documented, deadlines are real, and follow-through is not optional.

Candor

You get straight findings, including the ones that are inconvenient. Recommendations are defensible, never convenient.

Stewardship

Every dollar of spend is treated as if it were our own, and every commitment we make is one we can keep.

Measurement

If an improvement cannot be measured, it cannot be managed. We define the metric before the work begins.

Commitment

Operational excellence is not a slogan here — it is the deliverable. That means measurable baselines, written findings, agreed success criteria, and a documented handoff at the end of every engagement. If we cannot show you what changed, we have not finished.

Work With Us

Speak directly with the person who will run your engagement.

Discovery calls are led by our CEO — not a sales team. Bring the problem, the timeline, and the pressure; we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
